Daniel Johnston Menezes

Admiral Seleni is the highest ranking officer in the Solarian Army and the fifth and final opponent the player faces in Niria Tactics.

She sees herself as the hero of her people, attempting to rescue them from starvation.

However, it is made clear she is not the leader of Solaria itself - there is some kind of political structure among Solarians beyond the army, this isn't elaborated on in the game.

After the player defeats Seleni she is taken into custody by the Nirians for committing war crimes.
